China’s consumer festival – Double Eleven – is just around the corner, where all hotels and airlines are offering (sometimes excellent) deals on the Fliggy platform. I will not go into many details as they are mostly China-centric, but Hilton has some interesting hotel packages in the Asia-Pacific region, which gives you Gold status after just one stay!
Note that all offer pages are in Chinese, but you can use Google Translate or follow our tips on the Alipay mini-program here.
Hilton’s official Fliggy shop is here, and you’ll be looking for the keyword 一住升金 (Gold Upgrade After One Stay) when filtering their products. Rules are:
- Purchase any product (stay voucher) with the 一住升金 label
- Redeem the voucher and complete the stay by expiry (typically March 31, 2027)
- You will receive Hilton Gold status 14 days within the stay completion
- Once upgraded, your Gold status will be valid through the next year
You can use this offer to extend your current Gold status. I believe the eventual status expiry depends on your stay completion date – if it’s in 2027 then you can have your Gold status until March 2029!
Here are some packages that I recommend, in and out of China. You can either open the URL, or copy the short code and then open the Fliggy app for automatic redirection – the latter is a much better user experience.
Note that such stays are not qualifying, which means no elite benefits apply, nor would you earn any points or night credit.
