We wrote about Accor’s new corporate fast track offer last week which, when combined with All Plus China, can get you Platinum status after just a one-night stay. The challenge of course, is that you must book an eligible corporate rate.
In the past similar offers could always be triggered by making a qualifying booking on Ctrip or Fliggy. It’s unclear yet whether the trick still works, but I’ll provide the instructions in case you want to try.
First of all, download the 携程 Ctrip mobile app.
Search for the hotel of interest:
Here’s the most important part. You must book a rate with the orange 雅高心悦界会员价 label, as these are the only rates that are Accor qualifying.
When you book (for the first time), you’ll be prompted to link your Accor account. Make sure you provide the exact same first name, last name and email address so that your Ctrip and Accor accounts are automatically connected. You cannot unlink or relink afterwards.
Once the booking is complete, you should be able to see it on Accor’s website in Accor’s app too, with a message saying that it is a qualifying stay.
I suggest to make a refundable booking to test it out first. Like what I said earlier, there’s no guarantee that the trick still works this time, but we shall see.
