IHG “Key Account” double point promotion

Before we start – rumours are IHG’s targeted double elite nights promo has been loosened again recently, so feel free to try the registrations links again if they didn’t work last time.

There’s also an update to their corporate “key account” promotions: after registering to this one, bookings made under a corporate rate and completed by 31 March will earn double points, with a bonus cap of 15,000 points.

If you’ve already registered for another “key account ” offer recently (such as 2,000 points every two nights or double elite nights), you won’t be eligible for this one. Although the terms say a corporate rate is required to trigger the bonus, I’d guess standard rates might just work.

By the way, IHG has just released its 2025 financial results, and you can take a look if interested. A few points I grabbed:

  • 66% of room bookings came from IHG One Rewards members
  • Points sales revenue exceeded $50 million last year (roughly equivalent to 10 billion points)
  • A co-branded credit card with Revolut will launch in the UK this year
  • A 21st brand, Noted Collection is being added
