ITC Hotels, an Indian-based hospitality group, has opened a status match offer:
- Apply by December 31, 2025
- Members with Gold or higher status in any airline or hotel loyalty program are eligible
- Successful applicants will be matched to ITC Gold
The Gold status is valid until June 30, 2026. Staying five nights during this period extends the status to December 31, 2026.
You may not have heard of ITC Hotels, but they actually work closely with Marriott and you’ll see many of their hotels showing up as Luxury Collection branded in the Marriott system.
The ITC Ratnadipa in Colombo, their only property outside India, looks very impressive.
The main benefits of ITC Gold include room upgrade, welcome amenity, and late checkout. In addition, members receive one suite upgrade voucher and several miscellaneous discount coupons. It’s a bit underwhelming, but I’ve heard that they treat their own elite members much better than the Marriott ones.
