Hyatt has just released a very generous promotion:
- Stay by September 7
- Three participating brands: Hyatt Place, Hyatt House, Hyatt Studios
- Earn 3,000 / 5,000 / 8,000 points after 3 / 5 / 8 nights
- Total bonus is 16,000 points
That’s 2,000 bonus points per night which is excellent even by Hyatt’s standard, the downside being it limited to three brands only. There are a few other offers that can be combined:
- 500 points per night at new hotels
- Triple points for select corporate members
- (Europe) 1,000 Etihad miles per stay
- (Asia) 500 JAL miles on your first stay
The rebate could be considerably high, especially in cheap Asian countries where a night could cost £40 or less.

- Happens every Wednesday in 2025 (Beijing time)
- Book on Hyatt’s Wechat mini-program
- Most Hyatt hotels (but not Mr & Mrs Smith) in mainland China, Macau, Hong Kong and Taiwan are eligible
- Book and stay within 15 days
You’ll earn based on your total spend on that day:
For example, if you spend at least 3,000 CNY (~£310) you’ll earn 1,800 bonus points and two “keys”. Three keys can be exchanged into 2,000 points or 1 night credit.
This is an offer that takes place every week in 2025 and will probably carry on into next year, and an easy way to earn additional points if you are staying in the Greater China region.
