The IHG Q4 promotion has arrived as expected, so make sure you register:
- Registration opens on 17 September
- Stay between 1 October and 31 December
- Earn double points from your second paid stay onwards
- Book through the IHG mobile app to earn triple points instead
That requirement to start earning from the second stay is a little annoying. Compared with promotions offering a fixed number of bonus points per night, triple points are more attractive for stays with higher room rates.
Also note that, in principle, paid stays need to have a room rate of at least US$30 per night.
