Millennium Rewards points have a fixed redemption value similar to Accor Live Limitless and GHA Discovery. Every 200 points can be redeemed for US$1 in hotel credit, meaning this promotion is effectively worth $75 for a 2-night stay or $150 for a 4-night stay. That works out to $37.50 cashback per night.
