All Plus is an Accor paid program where you can earn night credits and discount when staying at their hotels. I currently have the All Plus Ibis membership, carried over from the legacy Ibis Business card.
And I just received an invitation from Accor for being an All Plus Ibis subscriber:

It’s a whopping 60% discount! Other benefits aside, you get 20 night credits immediately for the Voyageur membership, a great accelerator for higher Accor status. You can combine it with say China’s All Plus card.
I suspect they provide similar Ibis incentive for Voyageur subscribers. Check your mailbox to see if you are targeted.
