It is revealed that IHG has a very interesting “choice” offer, and I recommend you sign up right away if you find it useful.
The promotion page is here – apologies but it appears to be available in Chinese only. Basically you can choose to take advantage of one of the two offers:
- Instant Silver status, valid through 2024
- Double elite qualifying night credits (up to 15), for stays by June 30th
You don’t need to be a genius to figure out which offer is better. Note that they are two different sign up links, and once made you cannot change your choice. You need to click the button on the right for the double credit offer, or here is the direct sign-up page.
It seems that everyone can sign up successfully. The terms however suggest it is invite-only, and from the page’s URL (b2b) I assume it’s intended for select corporate partners. There is a risk IHG won’t honour the bonus night credits unless you are invited / book with a corporate code.
(UPDATE: we can now confirm that it is an offer for corporate clients – the link above is for China’s SINOPEC and this link is for Deloitte. There are however already reports of people checking out and receiving triple night credits.)
If it is stackable with the other targeted double credit promotion, you will be able to earn x3 night credits which is insane!
