IHG has been running a “More to See” promotion for a while, and I just realised that it has been upgraded from “buy 2 get 1 free” to “buy 1 get 1 free”!

Also, it’s made clear that the rate is eligible for points. So it should trigger the current quadruple points promotion, as well as the Ambassador free night voucher offer.
I find the dates very limited though for many hotels. And some only offer it for certain room types. Here are some examples I’ve found (rates are per night):

It seems that IHG has been responding to the current difficulty most promptly, in terms of promotions and offers.
Remember that these rates are non-refundable though, so don’t jump on it right away. If you are booking a domestic hotel that’s probably fine, as either you will be able to travel, or it’s gone so bad that hotels will have to close and you get the refund anyway. For holidays abroad though, I personally wouldn’t make any non-refundable booking two weeks out.
