Club Avolta, formerly known as Red by Dufry, is the loyalty programme of Dufry, the duty-free retail giant. We’ve mentioned it quite a few times before, and now there’s a rather easy promotion that gives you Platinum status with just a few clicks. Definitely worth a look.
The promotion is a partnership with GHA. GHA Platinum and Titanium members can normally upgrade directly to Club Avolta Platinum. But in reality, they’ve simply published a public link — just register for or log into your Club Avolta account through the link and the upgrade is done.
Entering the promo code GHAPLATINUM in the app should have the same effect.
Club Avolta has also traditionally offered a free status match programme, where pretty much any airline or hotel elite status can be submitted for a match. However, only Gold status is available through the regular match at the moment, so this direct jump to Platinum is actually quite a rare opportunity.
