A roundup of some Accor offers today.
Triple Points
A new triple-points promotion has just launched:
- Book by 13 September
- Stay between 7 September and 27 December
- Valid at hotels in the Middle East and North Africa
- Stay at least two nights to earn double points
- Book the ALL Accor Plus rate to earn triple points
- Maximum of two bonus awards
Most people probably don’t have an ALL Accor Plus membership, but double points are still pretty decent, so remember to register anyway.
App Bonus
Accor has teamed up with Singapore’s yuu Rewards Club for another promotion:
- Starts on 1 September
- Available only to members with a Singapore address
- You must not have downloaded or logged into the Accor app during the previous 12 months
- The first 500 members to download and log into the app will receive 1,000 bonus points
- If eligible, the bonus points should be credited within one hour
The address requirement isn’t much of an issue, but never having installed or logged into the app before is a much bigger hurdle. I’m not sure whether you have to download the app by scanning the QR code on the promotion page to qualify, so if you’re interested, it’s worth giving it a try.
Corporate Targeted Offers
Accor’s corporate targeted offers are back again. You need to book and stay using a corporate rate between 1 September and 15 December, with two versions currently doing the rounds:
- Version 1: Stay at least two nights, with the first three stays earning 1,000 / 2,000 / 3,000 bonus points respectively
- Version 2: Earn double points on stays of up to seven nights, with no limit on the number of stays
The two offers should theoretically be mutually exclusive, and Version 1 is clearly the better deal in most cases. Three stays totalling six nights would earn 6,000 bonus points, worth €120.
Note that you need to book using a corporate rate to trigger the offer. However, based on previous experience, the Accor member rates offered through Ctrip’s or Fliggy’s official Accor flagship store may also qualify.
