IHG fast track: 5 nights to Platinum

IHG has been running quite a few targeted corporate promotions this year, and the “5 nights to Platinum” offer is back again, worth a quick look:

• Valid until 31 December 2026
• 2 paid nights → upgrade to Gold
• 5 paid nights → upgrade to Platinum
• Status valid through the end of 2027

Note that stays must be paid, and in principle each night should cost at least $30 before tax.

IHG’s Gold and Platinum tiers aren’t particularly valuable, mostly limited to room upgrades and late check-out. In practice, you generally need Diamond status and / or the annual lounge pass to unlock meaningful benefits.

That said, if you currently have no IHG status and happen to have upcoming stays planned, there’s no harm in registering.
