IHG is selling points again: before 5 February, if you purchase at least 5,000 points in one transaction, you’ll receive a 100% bonus (effectively half price). The maximum purchase is 200,000 points before the bonus. After the discount, the price is the familiar 0.5c / 0.37p per point.
Note that you need to purchase at least 26,000 points to get the lowest price. If you have an immediate need, it may be worth picking some up. This could be targeted, and the bonus thresholds may vary from person to person.
