We’ve covered AirHelp Plus a few times, which used to be an excellent, too-good-to-be-true insurance plan. Sadly it has been heavily cut now, but is still good value: for €99.99 (before any discount) you can insure 9 trips in a year, and get a pay-out if there’s a flight or baggage disruption.

PointsYeah

They are offering 40% off at the moment and you could purchase an annual plan for $59.99.

PointsYeah is a reward flight search engine and monitoring tool, as we’ve covered here. Their free plan is already good enough but the paid plan is more powerful for those in need.

Norwegian

Cathay Pacific

£150 / €150 off flights departing from UK, France, Germany and Spain.

Iberia

Until December 2, get up to 50% off Avios tickets on flights operated by Iberia.

American Airlines

Until December 2, get up to 50% off when buying AA miles. You must buy 500,000 miles (?!) to get the maximum discount so the bar is very high.

Under this offer you’ll be paying 1.88c / 1.42p per mile – still a bit steep, but AA has very few transfer partners so you can’t usually get their miles cheaper than this. Popular redemptions include:

• Asia – Middle East (Business / First) – 40,000 / 50,000
• Europe – Middle East (Business / First) – 42,500 / 62,500
• Japan – US (Business / First) – 60,000 / 80,000

United

Until November 30, get up to 50% off when buying United miles. You need to purchase at least 70,000 miles to get 50% off.

Under this offer you’ll be paying 1.88c / 1.42p per mile – same with AA, but United MileagePlus has very few sweet spots now.

SLH

Until December 24, receive 10% bonus when you purchase SLH gift card (minimum value £500). The gift card can only be redeemed when booking via SLH and will be taken at the time of check-in. From what it sounds you cannot use it when booking via Hilton.

Accor

Accor’s All Signature program has an ongoing promotion where you can buy cheap points. Also a couple of global sales, Europe and North Africa:

• 30% off stays of three nights or more
• Members get an extra 10% off

Americas:

Not a very strong one:

Melia

Melia’s Black Friday sale is usually decent:

• Book by November 30
• Stay by December 20, 2026 (April 30 for city hotels)
• Up to 45% off hotels globally
• Some hotels have an extra 10% off on select days

If you are Melia Gold or Platinum (for example via American Express), the offer stacks with the 20% discount voucher. Some sale rates may be refundable.
