Excellent Azerbaijan Airlines business class sale – Beijing, Middle East, Europe and more

Thanks to a tip from reader @Ivan, here’s something interesting: Azerbaijan Airlines currently has some excellent business class fares circulating around. Let’s take a look.

• Many routes across their entire network are included
• Travel period: December to March
• Both directions available; one-way and round-trip tickets bookable
• One-way fares starting from around £300

It appears to be part of a network-wide promotion, though Azerbaijan Airlines doesn’t have a huge long-haul network. Its main destinations include:

• The Caucasus (Tbilisi, Baku, etc.)
• The Middle East (Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, etc.)
• Asia (China, India, Kazakhstan, etc.)
• Europe (London, Barcelona, Milan, Vienna, Paris, etc.)

The penalty policies are also quite reasonable: €40 for change and €60 for cancellation. In addition, you can add a free stopover in Baku for up to 72 hours.

I actually just flew Azerbaijan Airlines recently from Baku to London, albeit in economy class. But even economy was surprisingly good: comfortable seats, generous legroom, and overall a pleasant experience.

One thing to note, though: Azerbaijan Airlines doesn’t have any frequent flyer partners, so mileage can only be credited to its own program.
