Check the terms for participating countries, but it covers Europe, the Middle East, Thailand, Maldives, Australia and more. Not all hotels have opted in though and the definition of premium room may vary.

It’s a pretty decent sale: refundable, cheaper than the non-refundable rates and standard rooms.
Meanwhile there’s yet another bonus mile promotion with American Airlines.
- Book and stay between June 1 and September 3
- Earn 2,000 bonus miles on any stay of three nights or more
- Max bonus is 15,000 miles during the promotion
Strange how they set the cap at an odd number, meaning you’ll only earn half the bonus on your 8th qualifying stay.
You’ll need to set your earning preference accordingly to earn AA miles instead of IHG points. It’s usually not recommended, but could make sense for very cheap stays, especially since AA miles are difficult to accrue.
