IHG launches a new offer at the beginning of each month in China via Wechat, named Task No.1, which usually involves some puzzles and prize draws. This month however, it’s a different fast track offer. You can scan the following QR code using Wechat to access their mini-program.
- Open to all Club and Silver members
- Register by April 26
- Stay once by April 28 to earn Gold status
The stay needs to be paid and minimum two nights.
The offer is limited in quantity: 600 daily spots between March 1 and March 10, then 100 daily spots between March 11 and April 26, coming to a total of 10,700 spots. I guess the spots are released midnight Beijing time.
IHG Gold isn’t worth much, but it doesn’t hurt to register if you don’t have any status with them yet.
Unfortunately, it’s impossible to register with these WeChat offers without a Chinese mobile phone number.
