The US site of Kate Spade is having some crazy deals on a few (airmiles) online shopping portals. For example, if you click through BA Shopping you can earn 250 Avios per dollar spent!
That’s basically buying Avios at a ridiculous cost of 0.4c, and you also get a Kate Spade bag “for free”! Other sites include:
- Virgin Atlantic: 152 points / $
- JetBlue: 126.5 points / $
- Emirates: 760 miles / $10
- Wyndham: 190 points / $
Given how outspread the deal is I don’t think it’s an error. Unfortunately it’s only available on the US site, so only those based in the States or at least have a postal address there can take advantage.
Beware that such rebate is never guaranteed, and there’s always a chance that you get no point in the end. BA is especially notorious in that aspect, as they could claw back Avios that were awarded a long time ago.
