An excellent deal to travel between New York and Barcelona / London / other European cities in “business class”.

The ticket is marketed as Premium Economy, but these are actually ex–Virgin Australia A330 aircrafts and you will be sitting in their reverse-herringbone business class seats. You can confirm this when selecting seats on LEVEL’s website.
Seat selection fee is €78 for the first row and €30 for other rows, which is more than reasonable.
The cheapest route is from New York to Barcelona, but beware the cheapest fare type doesn’t include baggage allowance (free food and drinks are included).
Connection from / to other cities are available via Vueling for an additional cost. For example, a London–Barcelona one-way ticket starts from €510, which is also excellent!
One final upside: these flights carry Iberia (IB) codes, meaning you can at least credit to the Iberia Iberia: 1 Elite Point and at least 5 Avios per €1 spent. However, I’m not sure whether you must book through Iberia’s own website (which is pricier but includes two checked bags) to be eligible for earning points.
