Rotana is a hotel group based in Abu Dhabi, with over 80 hotels in countries such as UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Russia. They are set to open a hotel in London this year too.
Rotana has agreed to join GHA Discovery and the integration is planned for later this year. Interestingly, according to this landing page they offer a status match opportunity in their Rotana Rewards Select program.

- You must be a Gold member or higher in the respective program
- Match to Rotana Gold or Platinum

Main Platinum benefits are:

- Fifth night free
Which is decent but only if you stay at Rotana hotels. However, when the integration happens it’s highly likely that Rotana Platinum members will get GHA Titanium status.
GHA Titanium status is more difficult to fast track nowadays – according to StatusMatcher they have paused the long-standing status match program. You can still apply for Titanium match with an eligible Mastercard issued in Asia Pacific, or Platinum after purchasing a Business Traveller subscription.
