Club Continental welcomes you with a wide range of facilities and services including two air-conditioned Weights and Cardiovascular gyms; indoor heated pool; sauna and steam room. Use of Club Continental is free for New Continental Hotel guests and open 7 days a week with additional Club towels provided. Need motivation? A team of personal trainers are also available should you require professional guidance. Private Sessions will need to be booked in advance.

For board meetings and training, the Green Room is a good option as it can hold up to 50 delegates.
