That said, I’ve now had reports from at least two readers<\/strong> claiming that they were allowed to use the Fast Track security lane simply by showing their IHG One Rewards membership card in the mobile app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To be honest, I’m still a little sceptical that this is an official policy. If IHG really had a Fast Track benefit at Heathrow, you’d expect to find at least some mention of it online. The fact that there’s virtually no information anywhere makes me wonder whether it’s simply down to individual staff discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Either way, it’s worth keeping in mind – If you’re flying out of Heathrow in the future and don’t already have Fast Track access through your cabin class or airline status, it certainly doesn’t hurt to give it a try.
