Rude staff, made to feel unwelcome

Arrived and although half empty was told we had booked wrong place (had to go through phone history and show call log with their phone number and duration to prove in fact right place). Made to feel most unwelcome. No explanation of what our afternoon tea consisted of or what was in sandwiches. Overcharged for a tea and was made to feel silly as 'was only £5'. If this establishment isn't happy about accepting vouchers it should not be part of Buy a Gift. Two stars given as cakes and sandwiches were tasty and fresh.

We had a very nice afternoon tea. It was good value for money when we bought the voucher for £35 but now it’s £60 it was a bit expensive for the quality but still ok if you can apply a 20% or so discount voucher

Bought the voucher as a treat for me and my husband and what a treat it was, the afternoon tea was absolutely delicious, the staff friendly and the restaurant was lovely

Lovely place for afternoon tea. Plenty to eat, only downside only one small pot of tea each. I asked to fill my pot again with hot water and this was done.
