Curve暂停和Amex的合作……所以还要开卡么？

今天Curve群发的一封邮件在全英国炸开了锅，这张卡片最大的亮点：和运通的合作停止啦！如果不支持运通卡，这张卡片的存在价值就要打一个问号了，还没有申请的小伙伴们，或许和我一样应该再观望一下？

双方的合作于5月31日正式停止，至于是否会恢复现在还是未知。根据CEO信中的措辞，原因是运通方面希望能够保持其客户服务的无缝性（Seamless Customer Support），至于到底是Curve让客户体验复杂化了，还是运通的羊毛被薅狠了，我们不得而知。

回顾一下Curve和Supercard的比较：

Curve主要的吸引力本身有三个：首先是取现可以算作消费；其次是可以在所有地方使用运通卡获得积分；最后是境外消费+运通卡也是一个回报不错的途径。然而，不久前Curve刚刚将取现额度降低到每个月200镑，现在又不再支持运通卡，可以说和Supercard相比几乎已经毫无优势。Supercard的内测将在六月份结束，预计七月或八月正式对公众开放，大家可以通过这个链接注册一下，以获得最新的相关信息。

如果你愿意保留Curve卡，在未来的三个月之内只要消费满£1000，蓝卡可获得价值£35的积分，黑卡可获得£50，这些积分将在夏季返利系统推出时发放；如果你想销卡的话，可以在线上完成。蓝卡可直接获得£35的全额年费返还，但是黑卡只能退还£50，剩下的£25要你将当时赠送的TUMI钱包邮寄回去才退……由于这个钱包是以赠品的形式配送的，很多人对Curve的这一政策表示很失望。

我个人也不太看好Curve的运营模式，很多人想问的第一个问题就是他们怎么赚钱？相对来说，Supercard的设定则比较合理，背后又有Travelex支撑，更加让人放心一些。我虽然早就在Curve官网上注册了，但是由于没有iPhone（-_-！）一直没有关联卡片，注册时留的信用卡在该扣年费的时候又已经注销了，所以一直没有收到卡片。从现在的情况来看，我也不会急着去领卡了，还是等他家哪天恢复了和运通的合作再说吧！

American Express have asked us to pause their functionality with Curve. On May 31st at midday UK time your American Express card will be removed from the app and if you don’t have any other funding cards you’ll need to add and verify a new one, so you can use Curve when your card arrives.

We know it’s annoying to lose a popular feature but we really hope you’ll stay with us to experience all the other exciting benefits Curve has to offer. This is just the beginning – we’re working hard on future features such as the ability to move charges between funding cards after you’ve paid, bespoke loyalty rewards and cash-backs, peer-to peer payments and much more.

As a big thank you for being one of Curve’s early adopters we will give you £35 worth of Curve Points if you have a Blue card or £50 if you have a Black card when we launch Curve Rewards as long as you spend a total of £1000 on your Curve card over the next three months – please see our FAQs for further details.
